Hello neighbors! The Board of Directors has received a few requests to have a community Garage Sale. A community sale was approved at the last Board meeting on March 26, 2015.

The sale will be held April 25, 2015 8am – 2pm. Would you like to participate? 

If yes, please send the following information to our Community Association Manager no later than April 15, 2015.

• Parcel identification number – look yours up here
  (Search by your address and locate the number in this format < xx-xx-xx-xxxx-xx-xxx >. It will be next to your address on the results screen)

There is no cost to participate.

Please note, you are responsible for removing any unsold items from your lawn and/or driveway when the sale is over. Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our community looking beautiful!
