ARCHITECTURE GUIDELINES AND CHANGES
Architecture changes (such as landscaping modifications, adding a fence or pool, changing the color of your home, roof, etc.) must be approved by the Architecture Review Board (ARB) PRIOR TO starting any work.

To submit an architecture change request to the Architecture Review Board (ARB),
- Log into the community portal
- Go to Documents… Forms… ARC
- Download a copy of the application
- Submit it to Specialty Management as per the instructions on the form
Please note: Our HOA by-laws allow the ARB 45 days from receipt of completed applications to review and approve (or disapprove/reject) them. As a courtesy to our homeowners, the ARB volunteers generally review applications once per month. ARB meeting notices can be found on https://www.mabelbridgehoa.com/meetings/.

MABEL BRIDGE HOUSE PAINT COLOR PALETTE
Mabel Bridge Community was built by the home builder KB Home. During the six phases of construction, different color palettes (also called “look books”) were used. This has resulted in a complex list of color schemes being applied to homes in Mabel Bridge. The ARB team has compiled a full list of available color schemes to assist you with your colors.
