Orange County Florida offers Neighborhood Pride Grants to help communities like ours to pay for improvements that will benefit all homeowners. The Mabel Bridge HOA Board of Directors would like to work on a grant proposal for assistance with entranceway improvements, which may include a permanent sign to post community information and announcements.

To do this, we need to assemble five to seven volunteers for the grant writing team. Our property manager Jill from Leland Management has helped nearly 20 communities through the grant process in the past and will do the same for ours. She is committed to making the process as simple for us as possible.

Please consider volunteering to assist with this project, which will enhance the value of Mabel Bridge for all of us.
