The Board of Directors has approved a community Garage Sale in Mabel Bridge. The HOA will cover the sale expenses. There is no cost to homeowners to participate.
The sale will be held September 26, 2015, 8am – 2pm.
DONATION TRUCK SCHEDULED FOR SEP. 26 AT 2:30 PM
Our Property Manager Jill has arranged for a Vietnam Veterans charity to pick up any unwanted items after the garage sale at the Pool Clubhouse.
Meet the donation truck at 2:30pm Sept 26th to donate any leftover items. A tax receipt will be provided. You do not have to participate in the garage sale to donate your items.
There are certain items they will not accept including:
- Mattresses or Box Springs
- Full size refrigerators
- Stoves
- Freezers
- Washers
- Dryers

Please be sure to give your items directly to the driver. Do not leave any items at the pool while the truck is not present.
